Product Introduction
(1) Suitable for general industrial applications that require the transformation of existing structures or hoppers into scales.
(2) The EconoMount system uses stainless steel beam sensors and is equipped with fixed, fully floating, or semi floating mounting hardware. Under a single structure, the combination of all three types creates an endless system that can also adapt to moderate thermal expansion and contraction.
(3) The standard capacity range of the EconoMount device is 500, 1.25K, 2.5K, 5K, and 10K pounds, with galvanized chromate alloy (standard) or stainless steel (optional) mounting hardware. The load beam seal meets NEMA 4 and IP67 requirements. The EconoMount 1.25K to 10K pound modules have passed NTEP certification for Level II and IIIL scale systems.
