    The origin of single point weighing sensors
    In the discussion of the first International Industrial Weighting and Force-measuring Exhibition in 1979, a new term emerged in the terminology of sensors: "single point" force sensing. The latest generation of retail scales did not include any auxiliary flexures supporting the upper weighing software platform, which was rigidly fixed to the central sensor. The design of this type of single point force sensor is based on the parallelogram principle, but an additional center cross beam needs to be provided for the strain gauge to complete the task of measuring beams and deflection components in the top and bottom parts of the parallelogram. Its advantage is that the strain gauge moves away from the position caused by eccentric loading, which leads to twisting effects, while increasing the rigidity of the structure. Each sensor must operate within ± 1/3000 of the center reading value, which is a typical design. The gyroscopic force measurement system utilizes the proprietary characteristics of the tourbillon, making it a precise, linear, and reproducible force sensor. After studying the anti lag, anti drift, and anti temperature effects of this force sensor, the gyroscopic force measurement system can transmit direct digital signals to the display unit with high anti-interference performance. These characteristics make it completely independent of harsh environmental conditions. The rotor of the gyroscope rotates at a constant speed, and the horizontal axis of the rotor is installed in a universal support. There is a movable joint hanging an external universal support, which also supports one end of the movable lever below the tourbillon.
