Product Introduction
(1) The PS-2010W model provides high performance for applications that require small, simple, and fully functional weight transmitters and controllers. The packaging of PS-2010W resembles a mini PLC "brick" that can be installed on DIN rails inside existing cabinets. The standard RS-485 serial port easily interfaces with PLC/DCS systems using traditional ASCII protocol. Provide 16 bit resolution 4-20mA analog current output. The PS-2010W has a counting resolution of 700000 and an unfiltered sampling rate of 8 ms, making it ideal for high-speed batch process control, automatic weight checking, and continuous feeding applications.
(2) Use integrated LCD display and keyboard components or optional Weight View PC software for simple setup and calibration. In any case, Plug-n-Weigh technology eliminates the need for test weights in most applications and greatly simplifies the calibration of the systems that need to be loaded. In addition to Plug-n-Weigh, the standard device also includes dynamic digital filtering and complete set point functions such as master, dribbling, and in-flight compensation.
