Product Introduction
(1) The PS-1045 digital/analog transmitter provides signal conditioning, amplification, and corresponding digital or isolated analog output signals for the tank/bin/hopper weighing system. The front panel configuration and calibration simplify system installation and operation. Calibration and configuration parameters can also be downloaded through PC based Pro View software. In any case, dip switch or potentiometer adjustment is not required.
(2) The calibration option is suitable for front panel data input or static load weighing methods.
(3) Advanced serial communication can be in RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 formats with Modbus RTU protocol. Using RS-485 serial output, up to 32 transmitters can be connected point-to-point.
(4) BLH Nobel provides PS-121, 24 VDC power supply for PS-1045 operation (Data Sheet # 12155).
(5) Note: Model PS-1040 requires Pro View software for calibration and system parameter input.
