(1) The PS-1010T transmitter provides signal conditioning, amplification, and isolation analog output signals for paper tension measurement and control systems.
(2) The current isolated analog output signal can accurately track the tension signal of the roll paper to achieve precise braking/clutch control or remote panel instrument display.
(3) The "snap on" DIN rail installation and full front panel configuration significantly reduce system startup time.
(4) When combined with precision, factory calibration, transducer, and PS-1010T system, it performs excellently, eliminating signal drift and the need for continuous recalibration.
(5) The PS-1010T transmitter is designed to provide long-term reliability for measuring and controlling tension during continuous paper processing; Plastic, film, foil, tape, rubber, wire, cable, and many other products.
