Product Introduction
(1) MicroPOS 4 is a digital servo unit suitable for precise positioning of two independent electro-hydraulic actuators with position sensors.
(2) Along with pressure measuring elements or pressure sensors, microPOS 4 forms a powerful unit for precise adjustment to set force or pressure values.
(3) MicroPOS 4 utilizes bus communication through MODBUS-RTU to achieve fast and secure data transmission, and can connect multiple server units to the main control system through a common cable.
(4) A separate communication port is used to set servo parameters through a computer with a terminal program.
(5) MicroPOS 4 handles two servo channels in position, force, or pressure control. The set value of the servo system is transmitted from the main control system and compared with the feedback value measured by the position sensor or pressure measuring element. The parameters in the servo unit are used to control the maximum speed, acceleration, and operating range of the servo channel.
(6) The input and output of the servo unit can be programmed for different functions, such as command stop, service, "in place", and internal function check alarm.
(7) MicroPOS 4 will save all set parameter values in its internal memory, even after power failure.
(8) MicroPOS 4 is a compact device designed for installation on DIN rails. Connect through plug-in screw terminals.
