Product Introduction
(1) The LCp-200 weight/weight ratio controller is a high-performance indicator with functions and options focused on the requirements of process weighing applications with local setpoint control. They can be used in conjunction with all strain gauges and can be easily connected to any PLC, DCS, or PC based monitoring system. The focus of the project is on simplicity, reliability, and scalability. The standard weight ratio operation and output provide precise mass flow control.
(2) Eight relay outputs can be used for local setpoint control, based on setpoint values inputted through a keyboard or downloaded in series from the host device. All relay configurations and logic parameters can be selected through the front panel keyboard. Use standard protocols such as ASCII and Modbus RTU, or special serial interfaces such as DeviceNet, Allen Bradley Remote l/O, Modbus Plus, and Proibus to communicate weight, set values, system status, and diagnostic information.
(3) The LCp-200 safety weighing software system incorporates over 50 years of application experience from BLH. Plug and play weighing for quick calibration and program setup saves time, money, and even on-site service calls. Online diagnostics continuously monitor system performance and alert service personnel before potential issues occur.
