Product Introduction
(1) The synchronized digital measurement of the LCP-104 system's patented multi battery system remains the benchmark for electronic scale technology. True parallel data processing ensures real-time and continuous weight measurement during process weighing through each update. So far, the inherent load transfer during weighing cycles, mixing, or reaction processes has limited the performance of independent weighing sensor measurement systems. By utilizing synchronous measurement, each system update is correctly added up while retaining the benefits of individual measurements. The LCP-104 process weighing system digitizes each sensor in the multi cell system separately and displays the final weight signal in real-time on the console display. Measuring each weighing sensor can provide higher system resolution and accuracy, while also facilitating online dynamic diagnosis of the entire system process. The unique diagnostic "foresight" configuration file can alert operators before potential system failures occur.
