Product Introduction
(1) G4 weighing instrument is a high-performance multi-channel weighing instrument used in industrial systems. Its basic function is to convert the signal from the strain gauge sensor into useful weight information. Including sensor excitation, signal processing of control parameters, display of output liquid level, error correction, and operation of external optional devices. Up to 8 synchronous weighing channels can be loaded.
(2) This instrument is a combination type that can be equipped with different types of input and output accessories to meet specific application needs, including strain gauge sensor interface modules, digital input and output modules, and analog input and output modules. The inherent output of the instrument can be used for liquid level monitoring, set point and other functions, or to display "in progress" and report the operating status of the G4 instrument.
(3) The CPU unit inside the instrument has multiple communication interfaces, including two serial communication interfaces, one Ethernet port, one USB port, and one bus slot. Multiple G4 instruments can be controlled through a main computer or PLC. The serial communication interfaces are RS-485 and RS-232, used for communication with computers or PLCs (using Modbus RTU protocol), or for transmitting print data to connected printers. The Ethernet port uses Modbus TCP protocol and other optional bus slots use Profibus or DeviceNet protocol.
