Product Introduction
(1) LTT technology combines precision strain force sensors and fixed shaft installation options to produce the highest precision mesh tension measurement system. The LTT series sensors are developed for low tension applications in power grids, including a differential bending beam design and a full Wheatstone bridge strain gauge configuration. This design provides stable, accurate, and repeatable measurements over a wide range of working tensions, while almost eliminating temperature drift.
(2) All LTT capacities are equipped with mechanical overload protection.
(3) LTT can be used for installation configurations in fixed axis applications (with horizontal or vertical support surfaces), and can rotate to measure composite tension, not just force components.
Factory calibration with closely matched output signals eliminates on-site calibration and expensive recalibration after initial setup. At the low end of wide range applications, zero and range settings maintain stable tension. When using a single sensor at one end of the roller, the full bridge design (as opposed to the half bridge) provides moderate accuracy.
