Product Introduction
(1) BLH Nobel GLT sensors provide stable, accurate, and repeatable performance for low force network tension applications with a wide range of working tensions, small package angles, or high roller weight tension ratios. Compared with half bridge semiconductor batteries, the performance has been improved by 50% and drift has been basically eliminated. Factory calibration with closely matched output signals eliminates on-site calibration and expensive recalibration after initial setup. Zero and range settings maintain stable tension for low-end operation in a wide range of applications. The marking allows for quick alignment of GLT with synthetic tension. The fixed axis roller assembly can be equipped with a frame (standard) and an optional axle platform installation configuration.
(2) The GLT series sensors are suitable for low tension applications, using differential bending beam sensors and full Wheatstone bridges, with excellent stability, temperature, and performance specifications.
(3) The sensor is made of stainless steel and is durable in corrosive environments.
(4) Each unit can rotate to measure composite tension, not just a component of force. The full bridge electrical output of each unit is calibrated within a tolerance range of better than 0.25%. When used in conjunction with BLH Nobel instruments, system calibration can be completed without the use of dead weight or other known forces. Zero and range settings can also maintain stability under low-end tension in a wide range of applications.
