2、 Functional requirements for testing equipment:

(1) ActionPressure detection

① Set the qualified action pressure range (0.27MPa& flash; 0.35MPa); ② The pipeline should be slowly pressurized, and the action pressure value of each tested workpiece should be tested to determine whether it meets the requirements. The test results should be displayed on the LCD screen, and can be maintained until the next test begins;

③ Distinguish workpieces less than 0.27 MPa and greater than 0.35 MPa;

④ There are connectors on the testing equipment that are connected to the test workpiece and labeled with numbers to distinguish them;

⑤ The equipment has an automatic air release function;

⑥ The action pressure test is equipped with a start button: after the workpiece installation is completed, the start button is triggered to automatically complete the entire testing process.

(2) Air tightness testing

① Charging pressure (manually set): 0 MPa& Flash; Adjustable pressure within the range of 1.0MPa;

② Timing function and alarm prompt: The charging time is 3 minutes, and the gas circuit switch is automatically turned on and timed. After the timing is completed, the alarm prompts three times, and the pipeline ends charging and automatically deflates;

③ The testing fixture can automatically rise and fall: the fixture is automatically immersed in water before charging, and the fixture is automatically lifted out of the water surface after the venting of the detection pipeline is completed;

④ When the workpiece is in water, it should be convenient to observe the airtightness of the gas release area;

⑤ The airtightness detection is equipped with a start button: by triggering the start button, the device can automatically complete the entire process of airtightness detection.

3、 Testing process

First check the action pressure, then check the airtightness of the workpiece.

(1) ActionStress testing

① Install the product to be tested on the testing fixture and connect the corresponding connector to the corresponding testing workpiece;

② Trigger the start button, slowly charge the air circuit, detect the action pressure value of each workpiece, and determine whether it meets the requirements;

③ Display the test results on the LCD screen, and the test results can be maintained until the start of the next test;

④ After all workpieces are tested, the pipeline will end inflation and automatically deflate;

⑤ After the deflation is completed, the entire action pressure test is completed and the connector is removed.

(2) Air tightness testing

① Set the airtightness test pressure (0.6MPa);

② Trigger the airtightness detection start button, place the detected workpiece in water until it is completely submerged in water;

③ Automatically turn on the gas circuit switch, quickly charge the pipeline to the set value, and start timing;

④ Manually observe the airtightness of the product and record the airtightness results;

⑤ After the timing is completed, the pipeline ends filling and automatically deflates;

⑥ After the venting of the detection pipeline is completed, the detection fixture automatically rises and the airtightness detection is completed;

⑦ Remove the test workpiece and place it separately;

⑧ Proceed to the next set of tests.
